When will my order arrive?

I ship all orders within the timeframes listed on each product page and during checkout. You will get an email as soon as your order is on its way, and tracking information will be included if you chose a tracked option. Delivery times are estimates, and delays can happen during holidays or other busy promotional periods.

Is international delivery available?

We offer international shipping through Royal Mail International Tracked. Once your parcel reaches the destination country, it is passed to the local postal service for final delivery. Please note that we cannot ship to EU or EEA Member States, including Northern Ireland, due to compliance restrictions under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

About Duty, VAT and Import Taxes

Please be aware that Duty, VAT, and other import taxes are set by your country and must be paid by the buyer. It’s important to check your local customs rules before ordering. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. If your parcel is returned because customs fees were not paid, I can refund the item price, but shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Yes, bulk orders are welcome! Button badge orders can usually be completed quickly thanks to their simple production process. Wooden pins typically take around 3 to 4 weeks to produce and fulfill, while enamel pins require approximately 6 to 8 weeks due to their more detailed manufacturing. If you would like to place a bulk order, please get in touch with your preferred quantities and timeline. I will be happy to provide a custom quote and discuss availability
