Custom and personalised orders

Most of our items are personalised and there take time to create, we give ourselves 7 working days to design, cut, print and pack your order. The exception to this are wedding orders which are 2 weeks to dispatch.

All products have their sizing in the "description" drop down on the shop.

If you are unsure about how to care for your purchase please message us for advice. Any printed on wood items should not be submerged in water, or knives used on the item as this will destroy the print. Wipe clean only on the wooden boards.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We don't offer gift wrapping, we always pack with as minimum materials as we can to save the environment so we don't go for lots of packing we just use the minimum to save on waste. We do offer gift cards as a free service if required.

You can rush your order using the delivery options at checkout. There is an extra charge for this of £10.00 plus £1.00 to upgrade the standard delivery to RM24 Tracked. You can also purchase a rush order listing if you have already ordered to bump your order to the front of the design, print and packing queue. Rush orders are made and shipped within 3 working days rather than 7 working days, usually the next working day.

TURNAROUND AND DELIVERY TIMES

All our items are made to order, our standard turnaround for most items is 5 working days. We use Evri Tracked for our standard delivery orders. We do however have the option to rush your order in the delivery options at checkout. Choosing rush order will mean your order is designed, printed and posted ahead of the normal turnaround usually within 1-3 working days (depending on the item and how big the order is and how busy we are). If you are unsure about choosing this option you can message us prior to ordering to ensure we can get your order out to you within your timescale. At busy times of the year it is best to check we can accomodate your timescale before choosing the rush order option.
