Return and Exchange Policy

“Our first priority is only your Satisfaction” 1.If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 5 days after receiving the item. If the product itself has no quality problems, each ring will be deducted a restocking fee. 2.Since the jewelry is manufactured to order, returns will be subject to restocking fees equal to 25% of the entire purchase price, and refunds will not be granted for any other reasons. 3.The following items can't be returned or exchanged: custom or personalized orders,.engraved rings, full eternity, full eternity twisted rings, and ring sizes smaller than 3 US or larger than 9 US. 4.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Yes, All of our pieces are under warranty for 14 days after delivery exclusively to the original buyer. We’d be happy to help in tending to any problems with your piece during this time. If the item is beyond that time, please have it fixed by a local jeweler. The jewelry must be returned by the buyer, who will also cover the cost of transportation. Shipping back the ring to you after fixing it is on us, and it can take up to two weeks to correct your artwork.. Please note: This warranty is void if your piece has been altered by another jeweler, including changes in sizing.

This is particularly important when on the beach, in the sea, and in chlorinated water. *Avoid wearing jewelry when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening, or exercise. *Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products, especially bleach, and highly reactive solutions. *Avoid spraying perfume, or hairspray on the gemstones or pearls as it jeopardizes the integrity of the material. *Remove jewelry when applying make-up, creams to avoid the residue getting into the texture or gemstone setting. *Any residue dulls the shine of your ring. *Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity.

Where is my order? / What if my order gets lost?

USPS and Royal Mail take about 1-2 days to update tracking initially. India Post Sometimes Delayed in tracking as well Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, we will REPLACE your order free of charge. Orders lost in transit will be replaced, please do not request a refund for losses caused by the delivery company Please note that "Create It Jewels" is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service
