About this process

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, known as Print on Demand, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver..
The company that i use does not outsource printing, it is done in house from around the world, so the nearest print branch will deal with your order, that includes USA and UK branches.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.

Each item is made to order so i accept returns if there is a problem with your products. Please email with a photo if there is an issue with the printing or the product, I will respond with instructions as to what to do next and if applicable where to return. Delays due to any postal system is out of our hands but we should be able to track the progress of your package.
Orders usually take approx 10 hours before going into print so you have this time to cancel or change details, after this time I will be unable to cancel but if you have a problem please message me and I will attempt to sort a solution for you.
Please be aware that items returned to seller (me) because of incorrect address or non collection from your mail provider will incur a re-delivery charge.
Customs.
All customs are payable by the buyer.


POLICIES: We DO NOT accept exchanges or refunds unless there is a major issue with the product received. This includes:
• Incorrect design: The design doesn't match the information provided on Etsy.

As our items are made to order and fall into the exceptions category of the European Union, returns and not permitted unless stated from the above reasons.
