If I order a framed painting, will it be ready to hang?

Yes! All framed paintings come with hanging hardware already installed. Once you receive your package, you can hang it directly on a nail or hook — it's ready to display.

Can I choose a different frame?

Absolutely. If you would like to customize the frame, just email me your favorite option or send me a photo example. I will select the most similar frame available at a local store. Plastic frame options with decorations are available.

If the painting is unframed, can I order a frame separately?

Yes, of course. If you have chosen a painting without a frame but would like to have it framed, please get in touch with me before placing your order. Together, we will choose a suitable variant based on the photo sample. I will then create a customized listing with the selected frame, and you can place your order. It can be a plastic frame with various embellishments.

Can you create a painting in a larger size?

Yes, I offer custom-sized paintings. This could be an enlarged version of an existing artwork. Just send me a message and we’ll discuss the size, timeline, and pricing.

Are your paintings truly handmade?

Yes, every single painting in my shop is 100% handmade by me from scratch. I do not sell prints or reproductions — only original, hand-painted artwork.

What if the painting I received doesn’t meet my expectations? Can I return it?

Yes. You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The painting must be carefully packaged and sent back at the buyer's expense. Once I receive the painting, I will refund the money through Etsy. The cost of the item will be refunded minus all fees and taxes paid on Etsy. Additionally, for buyers from the United States, a 10% tax is deducted from the item's cost, which the seller pays to the shipping company. (As of August 29, 2025, the US has abolished the de minimis rule for goods worth up to $800. Currently, the duty for parcels from Ukraine is 10% of the goods' cost. If the delivery was free shipping, the cost of the original delivery is also deducted from the refund amount.
