This clock is absolutely beautiful and goes with our decor very well. The seller worked with us to customize the lettering, both top and bottom, sending us timely mockups after each feedback instance. He was very quick to reply to each inquiry and answered every question I had. The packaging was very carefully and thoughtfully designed and it arrived in middle America from Türkiye in perfect condition. It is solid wood and the hands and clock mechanism are not installed yet to prevent damage. He also sent an extra clock mechanism and an extra set of hands, which are slightly different from the other hands so you have choices to suit your preferences. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the whole experience. We were hoping to receive it by Thanksgiving, and it arrived the day before. Perfect! Thank you oguz!
