All items are handmade to order and we strive to make them to the highest quality. On any rare occasion where there is a mistake in your order, due to our error, or your item has arrived damage we will replace as soon as possible. |Refunds are not possible on personalised items.

We recommend all items are hand wash only to ensure longevity of your items.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All candles will come supplied in either cellophane wrap tied with ribbon or an organza bag. This is random and depends on current stock. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but please do not be disappointed if different is sent.

Please note, we can only send to your address registered and stated at checkout. This is to cover ourselves and you, it is also automated by our software so please ensure this is updated BEFORe ordering as cannot be changed after. We cannot send to any other address.

Personalised items are not eligible for returns unless there is an error or fault on our part. Other items are avaliable for return however following UK guidance we must be made aware of this within 14 days from receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days from this point of contact to return your order to us. Any item returned to us after this period will not be eligible for refund. You are welcome to arrange return shipping to yourself if you would like to keep it, alternativley we candispose of this for you.

RING SIZES All rings are supplied in the sizes stated and are checked against our professional in-house UK mandrel prior to production and dispatch. Please note that rings are manufactured by hand and are not always exact. A tolerance of up to 1mm / 1 UK size is considered acceptable in the jewellery industry due to manufacturing variation. If you are unsure it would be recommended to size up. Small measurement differences when checked on alternative mandrels are normal within the jewellery industry. Sizing disputes based on comparison with a different mandrel will not be accepted as evidence of an incorrect item.

5g of breastmilk preservation powder is enough for around 5ml of breastmilk, which will in turn make approx 2-4 pieces, depending on the mould or item you are using.

Suitable for UV or epoxy resin. If purchasing the resin option we will supply epoxy to prevent issues in transport.

Avaliable in multiple quantities.

Suitable for fresh or frozen breastmilk, or even with formula.
