GeoticLore is not responsible and will not issue any refunds and/or replacement for paid items after your tracking # shows the package has been delivered. If you have not received or located your items please explore possibilities such as another member of the household collecting the item, or your package being delivered to a neighbor. You can contact your local Post Office if your package was not delivered. After 7 business days you can contact USPS and file a request to locate missing mail or file a claim if applicable. If your order is returned to me as UNDELIVERABLE, the cost of the item/s will be refunded (not including shipping cost) or reshipped (customer responsible for shipping cost).
