I ordered a pair of Fireball pearls that were pre-drilled. They were gorgeous pearls, nice luster, good size, great tails, minimal defects like divots. I would have given 5 stars all around, except that one of the drill holes was quite large and will affect the stability and durability of the pearl. This wasn't pictured or disclosed in the listing. However, they did agree to a partial refund so I still give high marks. Their customer service was excellent.
