HOW DO CORJL TEMPLATES WORK?

If you purchased an editable Corjl template, you will receive a link to your Etsy registered email address following your purchase. Follow the link to login to Corjl to access and edit your template(s). Kindly note that editable files are not available to download through your Etsy account. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH CORJL: You can go directly to the Corjl website (www.corjl.com) and log in with your email address. Your purchase/s will be loaded there. Alternatively, you can use the emailed link to take you directly to your Corjl design. IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A CORJL ACCOUNT: You will receive an email from CORJL (not Etsy) with a direct link that will take you to your purchase/s and where you can set up your account.

CAN YOU EDIT A TEMPLATE FOR ME?

At this time, we do not offer editing services or any custom designs of any type for digital files. All of our templates are DIY - the customer (you) are solely responsible for editing the purchased design. We recommend trying the demo before purchasing. Please do not purchase if you don't have a computer and you are not able to edit it yourself.

WHAT CAN I EDIT ON MY TEMPLATE?

For many editable templates there is a FREE DEMO available so you can try before you buy! The link to the free demo can be found in the item description. Please note that some items do have restrictions (eg. some words may not be editable, some graphics cannot be moved/edited, some colors cannot be changed). To find out the editing specifics refer to each items description to see what can and can't be edited. TEMPLATE SIZES CANNOT BE CHANGED. So for example if you purchase a portrait sign, you aren't able to change it to landscape. Please double check each item's size before purchasing.

All printers and monitors reproduce colors differently. Because of this, colors may shift from screen to print, depending on your individual printer. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor will match your final pieces, exactly. We always recommend viewing a hard copy proof to ensure your prints are just right, this way you can make any changes before printing all your items.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY DESIGN?

You didn't receive it? Please check your spam folder. + Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available immediately once your payment is confirmed. These items will be available to download directly from your Etsy account. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you/show in your purchases section on Etsy.

WHERE DO I PRINT MY DESIGN?

A printing guide is included, which gives you access to the best print shops, card stocks, and other go-to resources. You can print at home, or any local or online print shop. If you plan to use a professional online printer, I recommend CatPrint - they offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. CatPrint also offers free hard copy proofs to make sure your print is just right! WANT TO SAVE $10? HOW LONG WILL MY DESIGN BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD UPON PURCHASING?

The ready-to-print designs are available for an unlimited time through Etsy, they will never expire. Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the 'Purchases and Reviews' section of your Etsy account. Editable birthday invitation templates on Corjl are available for 30 days. You will have unlimited downloads during this time period. If you need them longer, just send me a message! Other editable templates on Corjl have no time limit.
