How do I download my digital file?

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases section in your Etsy account. To access your digital files from your account: 1) Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account -> Use the web browser such as Safari or Google Chrome. Please note that digital downloads are currently not available on the Etsy app. 2) Go to Purchases and reviews. 3) Next to the PlansToSuccess order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. THE IPAD CAN BE USED TO DOWNLOAD ETSY DIGITAL FILES, BUT NOT THROUGH THE ETSY APP You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time.􏰁􏰄􏰅􏰆􏰁􏰇􏰃 􏰇 􏰃􏰈􏰉

How do I download on my iPad?

To download the file you purchased, please click the "Download" button on the right side of the page. When you download a file in Safari, the download appears in the Downloads tab in the upper right corner. Click Download and the file will open in your Files app.

Why do you not accept refunds/exchanges?
