LINING: 3 1/4 Yards (2.97 m) of at least 58” (1.47 m) Wide Fabric

-24” (61 cm) Invisible Zipper

*For finishing raw edges. If you do not have a serger, try a zig zag stitch on your
home sewing machine.

Suggested Fabric:
SHELL & LINING: Light-weight fabric with good drape and little to no stretch, such as crepe-back satin or
charmeuse. Example is sewn with a silky jacquard.

Printing & Pattern Assembly:
Print out at 100% scale- (do NOT print “Fit to Page”). Use the scale on page 1 of your pattern to double check printing has been done correctly. Check out pdfplotting.com for inexpensive large format pattern printing. If printing out on your home printer, line up the edges of the sheets of paper and tape together. Your printer may print the pattern with margins if it does not support borderless printing which is OK. Do NOT trim down or overlap sheets of paper. Make sure you are using the print file that corresponds with your paper size (Ex. the Letter Size File with Letter Size Paper. Letter size paper is primarily used in the United States, Canada, and parts of Latin America). Cut on the line that corresponds with your desired size. 1/2” (12.7 mm) seam allowance has already been included in the pattern unless otherwise stated.

The pattern was easy to follow, especially with the YouTube video! This pattern is rated intermediate and I agree, though it could be just the pattern to test your skills and master new ones! I used a size 10 for my measurements of Bust 39" Underbust 31" Waist 30" and Hips 40" - my mockup fit perfectly and the only thing needing adjustment was the straps shorter. The PDF has a function to isolate the size you need and then print it, use it! I moved the x to the back of the dress since my bust needed more support. I added extra boning to the front, side and back seams since I wanted extra structure as this is a formal wedding guest dress for me. Kiana really outdid herself and I will absolutely be returning for more of her awesome patterns!
