Exceptional customer service and quick delivery! Let me start this by saying that I had ordered from somewhere else and was not thrilled with what I received. The color of the paw was way lighter than the photo on their site, the engraving was very light, and when filled and snapped, the top puckered out and did not lay flat. I asked ComfortandKeepsake how dark the engraving would be, they immediately sent a sample of the print on the color paw I ordered. I received my personalized keychain very quickly and am very happy with it! We lost our 17yo Leia a few weeks ago and I love having this with me to remind me of her.
