Highlights
One antique English red wax seal impression in (treen) turned wood box. Such seal boxes were popular souvenirs in England in the 1820s-1890s. Seal motif of a laurel wreath and crescent moon, likely a heraldic design. Lid screws onto box bottom. Direct from England.
Good antique condition with light wear to wax edges and to box. One small light mark/wear on lid and bottom of box, as shown in photographs. Wax impression is a vibrant, shiny red which I've endeavored to capture in various lighting in the photographs.
