Can I return my order?

Yes, returns on orders over $30 are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that orders over $500 are non-returnable. All of our items are cut-to-order, which means each piece is made specifically for you and we do not keep inventory on hand. Buyer is responsible for shipping items back to us. Full refunds are given once order is inspected for resalable condition MINUS original shipping and restocking fee. If you have any questions before placing your order, we’re always happy to help make sure you feel confident in your purchase.

How long does my order take to get to me?

Once we receive your order, our processing times typically takes 3-5 business days to get it in the mail. Depending on where you live, shipping to your door step takes 2-5 business days.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping, Gift Receipts, or a Gift Message?

Great question! As of right now, we do not offer this service. But when this changes, we'll be sure to let everyone know :)

My order was damaged during shipping. What do I do?

Awesome question! Please inspect your packages once you receive them in the mail. You must notify me within 7 days! Send pictures of the package that it was delivered in and pictures of the damages to your order to: woodencraftcutouts@gmail.com. Or you can send the images through messages here in the Etsy shop. We'll be glad to help you out!

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Sorry, as of right now, we do not offer wholesale pricing.

Can I get a discount if I order multiple items or have a large order?

We don't offer discounts on multiple item orders or large orders. However we are typically running a sale in our shop. So make sure to order during our SALE days to get the best bang for your buck!

My shipping address is incorrect. What now?

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly (missing house numbers, missing suite/apt numbers), you've moved and it's shipping to your old address, or mail carrier cannot access your property, you are responsible for the reshipping fee of your order and the original price to reorder if we don't receive your order back in the mail.

Do you offer custom work?

Yes! We do a lot of custom work with our customers. Just send us over your ideas and we can get to work. Our minimum custom design fee is $5, but for more complex designs, this fee will be higher.

|MEASUREMENTS|
Sizes range from 1” to 22” (from tab to tab).

|MATERIAL|
We offer 1/8" MDF, 1/4" MDF, and 1/4" Birch Wood.

|DETAILS|
Our unfinished shapes are cut on your choice of thickness and material. To paint our MDF shapes, make sure you wipe down any dust that may be adhere to the shape with a damp rag. Once dried, apply your first coat of paint. MDF can absorb paint, so you might need more than one coat. Our 1/4" Maple is can be painted or stained. Prep the surface first, such as wiping down the shape with damp rag to remove any dust and debris. Once dry, you may paint or stain. This material usually only requires one coat, but lighter colors may need more. Our shapes are cut with a laser, so the edges will be a dark, caramel color.

Only $5.99 Shipping plus .15 cents per additional item added. We ship USPS Priority (1-3 business days for an upgrade) or standard USPS Ground (2-6 business days). We process our unfinished orders within 2-4 business days. We cannot ship extra large packages to a PO BOX.
