When will my order ship?

All of our items are made to order and take 2-4 business days on average to prepare for you before shipping. I do, however, respectfully request that you allow for a maximum of 5 to be safe:) Thanks!

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

If your order was placed within 1-12 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot make any promises. By all means, we will be unable to cancel/adjust orders once they have begun the fulfillment process, have tracking information, and/or are in transit. Thanks for understanding!

Can I add or change details on the design?

We are so happy to tell you that you can modify the design to your liking with NO ADDITIONAL FEE! How amazing is that?

Matte vs Glossy Finish

Remember that the Matte finish will make the design appear slightly muted. The Glossy finish produces vibrant colors.

If you received a misprinted/defective item, or if we made a mistake with your order, please contact us with a photo and we will replace it for free.
