We use small, natural diamonds that are not individually certified, but rest assured each stone is handpicked for quality and brilliance. For larger or custom diamonds, certification can be arranged on request.

How long does it take to process and ship the order?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business weeks. Custom or made-to-order items may take 3-4 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location. Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I customize a piece or request a different diamond shape?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on non-custom pieces within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Custom or personalized items are final sale.

Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown? What metals do you use?

All of our diamonds are 100% natural, ethically sourced, and conflict-free. We do not use lab-grown or synthetic stones. We offer jewelry crafted in solid gold (10k/14k/18k) and sterling silver. Please check individual product listings for specific metal options.

My item arrived damaged or the wrong size—what should I do? Do you offer repairs or resizing?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo and we’ll make it right ASAP. Yes, we offer repairs and resizing for a small fee. Please message us with details and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund. After that, you’ll have another 7 days to ship the item back.
