Do you use the Popsocket brand for your phone grips?

We do not use Popsocket bases or the brand for our grips. Our grips use adhesive bases that are designed to be securely attached to your phone case or any smooth surface. We also offer MagSafe grips for a non-permanent option. They are easily detachable and are compatible with MagSafe cases or magnetic ring stickers.

Do you offer custom designs for phone grips?

At this time, we do not take custom requests due to time constraints. However, we offer a wide variety of unique designs to choose from.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We accept returns and exchanges unused and unopened items up to 14 days after the item has been received. If you wish to exchange for an item of different value, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Do you accept exchanges for stickers?

Due to the nature of stickers and their one-time use, we do not accept exchanges for stickers unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive damaged or defective stickers, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
