Care instructions

These cutters have very fine details so it is important to use some sort of release agent / method when cutting into the clay. If clay sticks to the embossed portions of the cutter, use a fine needle tool to weed it out.
Avoid exposure to heat as it can melt the cutters.
Clean with lukewarm water and dish soap.
While these cutters are made using PLA, I use a very fine nozzle to achieve the fine detail; it is important to not press too hard when using these cutters as to not break them.

Mom'sClayCo earrings are handcrafted with polymer clay and must be handled with delicate care to avoid breakage. Polymer Clay is a durable material, but to prolong the lifespan of each earring, do not bend or leave them out in the sunlight for long periods of time.
Store in a cool and covered place when not in use.

When it comes to pricing my products I use a very specific formula to calculate the time and material cost in conjunction with the average wage where I live to bring my customers the fairest price without compromising the quality of the goods received.
My jewelry and maker tools are all handmade, by me and me alone. I use high quality hardware to ensure everybody can enjoy my earrings without irritation or tarnishing. This is all factored into the formula. Just know my prices aren't random figures pulled out from a hat - but prices that make it possible for me to continue bringing consistent quality fine jewelry and tools.

Jewelry Maintenance and Care

The majority of my earrings / charms that are sealed are sealed with a water based Polyurethane. This finish helps maximize scratch and stain resistance and helps preserve the color and quality of the piece over time. Earrings / charms with this finish can be gently cleaned with soap and water.
Occasionally, my earrings may be glazed with resin which will be indicated in the item description.
Avoid direct contact to water and sunlight. Repeated exposer to both water and sunlight can cause fading.

Shop Information

Every charm/ pair of earrings is handmade and if painted, hand-painted. I try my hardest to make each product "flawless" (with no little hairs and fuzz mixed in). However, because they are handmade, it is difficult to catch each and every little imperfection. Just let the little imperfections remind you that a machine didn't make them!
