Please note that when you are requesting personalization, it is your responsibility to double check your spelling. We are not responsible for labels that are misspelled from the buyer. We do not ever accept returns on personalized items.

What type of fragrance oil is used?

We use essential oil-infused fragrance oils that are non-toxic, paraben-free, and phthalate-free. All our fragrance oils are sourced in the United States and are tested for safety. They are some of the cleanest and non-toxic oils available on the market.

What are the candles made from?

Every candle is made with soy wax, essential oil-infused fragrance oils, lead-free cotton wicks. With natural soy wax you are receiving a much cleaner burn than other companies who add harmful chemicals to their ingredients. All of our candles are hand-poured in California.

What is the size of the candle?

The candle jars contain 9oz of wax. The dimensions of the jar: 3 inches in diameter, and 3.5 inches in height. The gift box is 4 x 4 x 4 inches. METRIC: The candle jars contain 266 ml of wax. The dimensions of the jar: 7.62 cm in diameter, and 8.9 cm in height. The gift box is 10 x 10 x 10 cm.

Candle will be shipped with USPS or Fedex. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. Refunds will not be given for shipping delays. Thank you for understanding. Water/heat damage - it is up to you to make sure you have a secure location for packages to be delivered. If your package is damaged due to weather there's a good chance USPS will not cover the cost of the damage and therefore we will not refund the order. Make sure to recover packages immediately and do not let them sit outside for extended periods of time. Items marked as delivered but did not receive - When this happens please contact your local post office. We cannot replace items that are stolen. It is up to you to make sure you have a secure location for packages.

INGREDIENTS
Our candles are hand poured in Los Angeles. All ingredients are natural and sourced in the USA. We use a natural soy wax, premium phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. Our soy wax is a sustainable and non-toxic alternative to paraffin. This candle burns evenly and produces a rich, enduring scent.

CANDLE CARE
Trim the wick to 1/4” before each burn to avoid soot and ensure an even burn. Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling. For safety and optimal performance, burn no more than 4 hours at a time.
