~ CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? ~

You can change the shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, convo us with the correct address as soon as possible.

~ UNCLAIMED PACKAGES ~

If your package was returned to us as unclaimed we'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order. Redelivery will cost 10€. The delivery cost is not refundable.

The package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 7-8 weeks from the posting date and tracking does not work. We will fill in the claim about the loss on our own.

Silk is a delicate material, and we are hoping for your gentle care. Although we would prefer you to wash your Kimono by hand, we know you are busy, so you can wash it on a gentle cycle of 30 degrees in the washing machine. But no tumble dry, you are not that busy! Iron on low heat and your kimono will look like new for a long long time. Obviously, wash dark colors separately.

~ Conditions of Return and Exchange ~

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition - it must be in all tags and unused - we can't accept it. If we do not accept the package, the buyer will have to pay for the shipping.

~ Gift wrapping and packaging ~

All our Kimonos are wrapped in silk paper and beautiful boxes. If you need a Kimono as a gift, please add a gift-wrapping option to your cart. You will still get the same silk paper and branded box, but we will do a double-boxing (so an inner box would come in a giftable condition FOR SURE). Otherwise, the package will come in a compostable mailer (or Fedex, DHL mailer bags if necessary).

~ Product Safety Information ~

CARE: Please refer to the care label for washing instructions to maintain the integrity and safety of the fabric. WARNINGS: Keep away from fire. This product is not flame-resistant. Long belts and inner ties can pose risks, especially to children. Do not leave small children unattended to play with this product. PACKAGING: The product is packaged in paper boxes and may be shipped in mailers. Dispose of all packaging materials properly to prevent hazards.

~ Do I need to pay import tariffs if I’m in the US?

No – all US import tariffs are already included in the product price. This means the price you see at checkout is final, and you won’t receive any additional charges when your package arrives.

I have bought 3 of these robes over the years! 2 as gifts and one for myself. Everyone loves them, they are so beautiful and feel great on the skin. If it had pockets I'd never take it off. Please make one with pockets!!!
