Can I use the clip art commercially?

All clipart comes with a small commercial use licence (UP TO 250 sales). YOU CAN use the graphics, for any printed, physical product. For extended or unlimited licence - please contact me. YOU CAN use the graphics for digital end products, but your own ideas for the layout, texts, shapes, overlays, and additional graphic components must be included, so not to compete with my original design. You MAY NOT: - Resell, distribute, or share the images in their original format. -Make clip art, digital paper, or any other type of digital design resource using the graphics. Purchase does not transfer copyright.

Am I allowed to sell my designs with your graphics on POD sites like Corjl, Templett, Zazzle and etc?

Yes! It’s allowed to use my graphics on POD sites, but by purchasing the Ultimate licence. Please contact us via etsy convo to arrange this.

Could you make me a unique image, collection, or logo? Could you make me a personalized listing or bundle?

Yes I can personalise SVGs to suit your event. I do not personalised or offer changes to PNG clipart singles or packs. If you are interested in a custom PNG or SVG, I am happy to help and look froward to working with you. Please contact me via Etsy messages so we can discuss further.

Why did I not receive my files, but a PDF?

Since sellers are unable to directly upload files more than 20 MB to Etsy, we need to pay for our own storage. Naturally, there is no need for you to provide any information, download any apps, or create any accounts. Simply click the active or clickable link in your PDF to start downloading it right away from my Dropbox. It's secure and simple. Every little file is uploaded straight to Etsy.

How can I download my files?

You can download files any time from your account. Just go to Your profile->Purchases and Reviews and choose download button. Please remember, that Etsy doesn't allow downloads via the Etsy App on your phone, but only by browse on a computer or laptop. If you purchased through an etsy account you will be directed to a downloads page (You can also access your purchases at: http://www.etsy.com/au/your/purchases). If you purchased as a guest, there'll be a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you. If you have any payment issues, the button to be downloaded will be greyed out until the payment is complete. You can reach out to Etsy support if you have any concerns.

It says "The file is unsupported".

More likely, you are trying to save it to your phone. When you save to your phone, you should choose “Save to Files” after you click to download. It's right where you see those three dots.

All clipart, backgrounds, textures and digital papers are saved at 300dpi print quality ready for you to use in your designs.

Are the colors in the printables true to what I see on my screen?

While I strive to ensure the colors in my printables are as accurate as possible, please note that there may be slight variations due to differences in screen settings and printers. If you have any concerns about color matching, feel free to ask for more details.

Having trouble downloading your files from Dropbox? Here’s a quick guide to help you out:

Open the Dropbox link provided to you. It’s easiest to use a laptop or desktop for this. At the top right of the screen, you’ll see a Download button (it may look like a downward arrow). Click Download and choose Direct download from the dropdown menu. Your files will download as a ZIP file. Once it finishes, simply unzip it to access everything inside. ✨ Tip: If you’d rather download individual files instead of the full set, just hover over the file you want, click the three dots (•••), and select Download from the menu.
