Custom and personalized orders

I do accept custom orders, please contact me with your idea I will work with you thru the process.

What happens if my order is delayed and still in transit after expected delivery date?

If your order is delayed in transit please file a lost package search thru USPS. I cannot refund or resend the item due to delivery issues. You can however make a claim thru the Etsy buyer protection plan. *** Please note that all orders are shipped on time and delays caused by the USPS are beyond my control. Michelle B’s Embroidery is not responsible for lost/stolen packages that have been confirmed as DELIVERED by the carrier. Please contact your local post office/police department if you suspect your delivered mail was stolen.

Can I update my address once an order is placed?

Please notify seller asap if you placed an order and the ship to address is incorrect. The order will have to be cancelled and then item reordered. Seller can not change shipping address submitted on an order.

What happens when my package was “returned to sender” for an undeliverable address.

When the item is received back to me I will send a refund minus outbound shipping cost.

Can a item be replaced for a package that confirms delivered but I did not receive it?

Michelle B’s Embroidery is not responsible for lost/stolen packages that have been confirmed as DELIVERED by the carrier. Please contact your local post office/police department if you suspect your delivered mail was stolen.

What should I do if my package is presumed lost in the mail? Will you send a replacement?

You should contact USPS and fill out a lost package search request form. You will need your tracking number. You can request a refund thru Etsy Buyer protection plan OR file an insurance claim thru USPS as all packages are insured. I will be happy to help you thru this process. This is a delivery issue with USPS and not a fulfillment issue so the item will have to be reordered as we do not send replacements that USPS lost.
