How do I get my downloads?

Your downloads become available on Etsy immediately after payment goes through. You can find your Download in your "purchases and reviews" section. Etsy will also send you an email with a link to confirm your purchase and download. Please note You can only download on a mobile website, a PC, a laptop, or a desktop computer you cannot download on the Etsy app.

Will I receive a physical product?

No. All items listed in the shop are digital files only. All files will be in PDF format. Files will be available to download and print immediately upon purchase.

How do I print the my files?

You can print your digital downloads in whatever way you prefer, including: - using your home printer - printing at a copy shop such as UPS or FedEx - using an online printer - printing through a photo lab

What kind of paper should I use for the printable?

This will depend on the file: for games, invitations, and party tags, cardstock is usually best, but for activity sheets, coloring etc. you may use regular printing paper. Please do a test print before printing large quantity to see what paper works best.

How will I receive my files?

For editable templates, you will receive a PDF with link(s) to your templates. For Non-editable PDFs, the PDF files will be available to download.

Can I edit, modify, or distribute the designs?

No, all files are for your personal use. Commercial usage is not allowed.

When can I expect a response when I send you a message?

I try my very best to respond to all messages within 24 hours. Usually less.
