Return and reimbursement guidelines

• In the event that a customer wishes to return an item for personal reasons (such as personal preference or dissatisfaction), the customer will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs, including shipping and customs fees. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the price of the item ONLY. If the items were originally shipped with free shipping, the refund will be adjusted to exclude the initial shipping charges. • However, if the reason for the return is due to an error on my part, I will gladly accept the return and provide a full refund for the total cost, including both the price of the item and the associated shipping costs.

Return and replacement

To be eligible for a refund, kindly ensure the following: • The item must be returned in perfect, unused, and undamaged condition. • For safe and traceable delivery, please utilize a bubble wrap bag or envelope with REGISTERED mail and obtain a TRACKING NUMBER. This is particularly crucial for larger packages that may undergo customs checks. Failure to do so may result in non-delivery unless an additional fee is paid. • Avoid indicating the cost on the envelope or bag as it may undergo customs inspection, requiring an additional fee for receipt on our end. • Lastly, ensure the original receipt is included in the package. Please note that the refund will only be processed shortly after we receive the returned item.

In compliance with Spanish law regulations, it is important to note that any package, envelope, or bag originating from a non-European Union country is subject to customs inspection and may incur an additional fee for its receipt. Hence, if you are contemplating returning an item for exchange or refund, kindly be aware that you will be responsible for covering both the shipping costs and the customs charge fee. By proceeding with the return, you are acknowledging your agreement to these conditions.

The materials I predominantly utilize in my designs include brass, stainless steel, zamak, and similar alloys. While these metals do contain a certain percentage of silver, they are not pure silver. Rest assured, they are hypoallergenic and possess excellent resistance to oxidation and aging. To maintain their pristine condition, it is vital to avoid exposing these pieces to humidity (such as sea baths or continuous showers), contact with alcohol-based substances (perfumes, etc.), and excessive perspiration. For optimal storage and protection, I recommend using a plastic box or bag. Please refrain from using any chemical cleaners on plated items, as they can diminish the plating. Instead, gently wipe them clean with a damp cloth.
