1. Material:
- The charms in store are all made of real sterling silver S925, guaranteed or refunded. They are certified and with samples tested myself. It’s an excellent choice for customers who have sensitive skin or would only wear hypoallergenic silver jewelry. The jewelry piece can also last a lifetime with careful maintenance.

- Other commonly used materials in the charms are:
- A. glossy enamels that add vibrant colors to the charms and make them more vivid and come to life.
- B. high-grade cut cubic zircons that make the charms all sparkly and shiny.

2. Design:
- The charms sold in store are of original designs. We take originality very seriously and only sell charms from their original creators. Many customers ask this and yes they fit on Pandora bracelets. They can be used on any bracelet thinner than 4mm (charm hole size ~4.5mm), e.g. European bracelets and as necklace pendants and cellphone/keychain charms, or for other DIY projects.

3. Shipping Time:
- Order will usually be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping to USA usually takes 1-2 weeks or on average 8 days.
- Shipping to Europe, Canada & Australia usually take 8-15 business days.

4. Refund/Return:
- Please contact me directly if you are not satisfied with the product or service, refund will be issued for the following situations:
- A. extensive logistic delay more than a month or parcel was lost/not delivered
- B. product received is damaged or flawed
- C. wrong product was sent or does not match photos/descriptions
