New Numbers Ohuhu 480 Honolulu + Oahu (All Colors) Swatch Chart for Both 320 Alcohol Marker | DIY Printable PDF Coloring Page | Letter & A4

This is a six page downloadable printable color chart designed for the Ohuhu Oahu & Honolulu Series alcohol markers. This chart contains ALL colors within both of those sets, without duplicating swatches. If the color is present in both sets, both numbers are listed in that color's swatch box.

Please be aware that Ohuhu recently redid their entire numbering system across all their markers. This download is for that NEW system. My chart lists the new color numbers and new names. I've also included the old number in the swatch corner for reference.

Purchase, download, and print at home. The color order used in this chart is the NEW official order listed by the manufacturer. If you'd prefer a swatch chart with only the old numbers, or in the old color order, I do still offer that chart in my shop as a different listing. This chart contains all 480 colors, including the Japan Exclusive colors. I have not figured out an easy way of getting a hold of them, but Ohuhu did include them in their new color system, so I'm hopeful they will be released to the US eventually.

If you are wondering what is the cheapest way to collect all the markers, the answer is simply buy the two 320 sets (the Oahu and the Honolulu). This will get you all except 2 colors (minus those hard to track Japan colors, grr). All of the specialty skin tone colors for the Honolulu set can be found within the 320 Oahu set, so it's your best buy to just get those two sets. If you really want those last two Honolulu colors (Cotton Pearl and Light Tea Rose), they are only available in the second 48 pastel set, but that will get you an additional 46 duplicate Honolulu colors, so it might not be worth it to you; honestly, one is very very nearly white and the other is the lightest possible pink so I'd recommend skipping them.

This chart is specifically made for markers. Each color area is divided into thirds, and you are meant to go over the first section with your marker once, the middle section twice, and the third section three times. For best results, wait for each layer to dry before applying the next. Be aware, this process can take a LONG time, but its well worth it. We recommend doing one entire row’s first layer at a time, then come back for the second two boxes, and then do the third boxes. By the time you reach the end of the row, the first swatch in that row will be dry enough for the next coat. This will show you the various depth of color your markers have and how your paper will perform with multiple passes.

For best results, print the chart on paper suited to markers (a smooth paper). The file prints full size on either 8.5" x 11" US Letter or International A4 size papers (both sizes are included, choose the one for your region).
