What are your return & exchanges policy?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is in the case of significant damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually, and resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

What is your shipping policy?

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. I recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues. Please also ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the buyer. If an address is flagged as unconfirmed, I will make a reasonable attempt to contact you for verification. If I do not receive a response, the order will be shipped to the address exactly as entered. If an order is returned to me due to an address issue, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Do you accept cancellations?

Cancellation requests for in-stock items must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. Requests received after the 2-hour window are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded item total. Once an order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been purchased on my end, cancellations are no longer available, even if the request is within the 2-hour window. In these cases, a partial refund for the item(s) only may be issued, minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cancellation requests will not accepted on Custom Keychains orders.
