We will do our very best to get an item out to you as quickly as possible! If you have an event or photo shoot on a specific day (and it is quickly approaching) please send us a convo with your timeframe and we will see what we can do. Chances are that we can make it work! We ship USPS first class & priority in the USA and can get an item to you within 2-5 business days (plus item make time).

Custom and personalized orders

We are all about custom & personalized orders. Send us a convo or leave a note in the note to sellers box & we will work our magic!

All banners should be *spot cleaned*. If wrinkling occurs ( and you're not a fan the way I'm a super fan of the wrinkles ) use a low/medium iron to smooth things out. As always, use your best judgment. Should you iron lace? Probably not. Glitter ribbon? Outlook not so good. Metallic fabric? It's a gamble, spot test first.
