In shipping, product was not properly protected from moisture. Packaged was saturated with water when received although it was not raining when received. I laid each sheet flat and dried in front of a fan. Hopefully the product is still usable in my printer. I do not have an immediate use, but when I do, if doesn't feed and print properly, I will expect a refund.
