Every item in our shop can be custom sized. Contact me via convos and I will make recommendations on measurements. Please note that custom and personalized orders ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation/Change order/Repair

Cancellation If you'd like to cancel an order, please be sure to request cancellation within the 24 hours after the purchase date. We will not cancel orders that are already in the process of being made or already shipped. Change order You can make changes to the order within 24 hours after the purchase date. Please send a request by Convos. Replace/Repair If you would like to replace a missing part (spikes or studs) or your item has a broken part (clasp, buckle, ring) please contact us. I do not charge extra for repairing but if you ordered over 6 months.

We've spent a lot of time checking the fit on our sizing charts against others, as well as against the measurements and preferred sizes of as many customers as possible. What I've found is that your measurements will lead you to the right size about 90% of the time. The instruction how to choose your size and take measurements is here https://bleakandsleek.shop/pages/sizing-chart We're happily offer exchanges or resizing and will work with you after you receive your order to determine if you've got the best possible fit. Your measurements will absolutely help to determine which size is best for you, but please don't hesitate to shoot us in Convos.

Return/Exchange Policy

All items listed in our Etsy store are part of a sample sale. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or size adjustments on these discounted items. Please purchase mindfully and refer to measurements and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. Exception: If the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect not described in the listing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly review and offer a resolution. We do not accept returns for: - sizing issues - change of mind - any used or altered items Thank you for supporting slow fashion and giving a second life to these unique hand!

Shipping and Delivery Time

Bleak&Sleek is not responsible for delays and overall terms of delivery. This is something we can’t control. Average delivery terms: Free standard shipping to the US, CA takes 12-20 business days. Express Shipping to the US, CA takes 5-7 business days. Free standard shipping to the EU, UK takes 7-10 business days. Express shipping to the EU, UK takes 3-5 business days. Please contact us via Convos for shipping terms to other countries.

You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.” Free standard shipping to the US and CA goes through two stages: from the workshop to the warehouse in the US packages go with FedEx (first tracking number). After that they transferred to the USPS for final delivery with the second tracking number. For this reason you may see a "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" status in the first week. Usually this means that your package is already on the way.

- If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel in time, and it was sent back to us, a customer will have to pay additionally for the second shipping, after which we will send it again; - If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time, it was sent back to us and a customer refuses to arrange the repeated shipping or we get no reply (within 2 weeks since we received it back), the order gets annulled with no refunds.

- we're not responsible for packages that has proof of delivery and or signed for. If you believe your package is missing, please contact delivery service directly and dispute a case with them; - any packages destroyed by UPS, USPS, Fedex or any other delivery services due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded; - shipping costs are not refundable.
