Personalized items are special and specific, meaning they’re created just for you. This means we are unable to accept returns unless there has been an error in manufacturing your order.

Decals can withstand hand washing but are not dishwasher safe.

Monogram Customizations & Proofs

If you would like a proof of your monogram before it is printed, please leave request in the order listings or inquire prior to purchasing. Letter combinations are pre-made in the font and are not customizable at the listing cost. Extra fees will be required if you would like to have input on the design of your monogram (change letter design, placement, etc).

We have the a high standard for the products we send out. Everything in our shop is made by hand so there may be small imperfections on each piece such as brushstrokes or air bubbles to name a few. We do want it to be clear just as we stated in the item’s description, that every single product is handmade so there will sometimes be small human errors on something in your order in our shop. That is what makes it handmade. We treasure our products and love that each one is different, by a few people and not made by a huge machine. We hope that makes sense moving forward in your ordering as we would love to not field questions or comments about how you do not think something is “perfect” in your eyes.

Our decals are made with permanent vinyl, and will adhere to almost any smooth surface but are not waterproof. They can withstand minor hand washing, but should never be put in the microwave or dishwasher. We are not responsible for decals that are put in these situations.

Decals shipped with the "free shipping" option are shipped using a stamp, and there is no tracking available. If you want tracking, you should choose the upgraded shipping option. If your order is delayed or lost in the mail, another will not be sent prior to 14 business days. We can never 100% guarantee an order will arrive by a certain date. We are not USPS or any other shipping partner and have no control over a shipment after it has left us - please message us if you are curious about shipment dates prior to ordering as priority shipping may be the only way to ensure delivery by a certain date.
