Item was shipped promptly and arrived quickly which was nice. It’s a well made bag and it’s adorable. But I could’ve sworn I ordered an xl because I have a lot of hair. But it looks like I received a large which is still disappointing.

Yes, if you have a larger hair volume, it’s best to mention this in the personalization section — in that case, we would add about 2 extra centimeters to the hat circumference for a more comfortable fit.
