Accept exchanges and returns? Due to the nature of the product being manufactured on request, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives badly printed, damaged defective or not the size you ordered, that is, it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or receives the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the problem and fix it. It is not possible to change an item by different size or color. For this reason at the time of purchase please see first the size chart: we have one for each item listed in the product images.

How long does it take to get my product? It takes between 2 and 3 days on average to produce and ship the product. Then you must add the times 3 - 5 days to receive it.

Replacements for damaged products

If you have any issue with the item, such as it arriving stained or damaged, you can contact me to request a replacement within 30 days after receiving the product. After that period, replacements are no longer possible.
