The cream is already pulling away from the case and its been 1 day since I put it on? Also the delivery driver just left it on the floor outside my building's door rather than passing it to security which was dangerous. Otherwise, looks exactly like the picture.

Regarding the cream part coming loose, we want to explain that long-distance international shipping can sometimes subject items to conditions (like humidity shifts and handling) that may affect delicate attachments. For this reason, we include a small bottle of strong adhesive in every package for easy reinforcement, which should have been with your case. We are truly sorry this wasn’t made clearer.
