🔎 "Do you create custom orders?" 🎨

🌟 Absolutely! I can create custom sizes, colors, wording, and even custom art. Just message me with your ideas, and I’ll let you know all the fine details! (Just no copyrighted ideas plz!)

🔎 "Where is my order? I need my stickers!" 🤔

🌟 I ship all orders via USPS and provide tracking through Etsy. You can easily track your order status in your 'Purchase History' within your Etsy profile. If anything unusual pops up with your tracking, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I will look into it right away. It’s rare, but I’m here to help if it does. Just send me a message!

🔎 "I put the wrong address on the order, HELP!" 📨

🌟 No worries! Please send me the correct address as soon as possible, before your order ships out. Once it’s shipped, I won’t be able to change the address, but if you have any specific requests, feel free to message me, and I’ll be happy to help!

🔎 "My order is marked as 'Delivered' but it’s nowhere to be found! What do I do?" 🤷♀️

🌟 I ship my orders via USPS, and sometimes letters are marked as 'Delivered' a day or two before they actually arrive. For various reasons, it can be marked as delivered when it gets to a local post office or distribution center. I recommend waiting a couple of days to see if it shows up. Also check with neighbors to make sure the letter wasn't misdelivered. If it’s still missing after that, feel free to reach out, and I’ll help you investigate further!

🔍 "Are your stickers waterproof?" 🌊

🌟 Yes! My stickers are crafted from premium paper with a protective top layer, making them durable and waterproof. For the best results, I recommend applying them to clean, dry surfaces. Note: Stickers made with Matte paper are not water-resistant, as they don’t have the protective laminate layer. Always check the description for your sticker of choice to ensure it is a waterproof option.

🔎 "Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?" 🚚

🌟 Since many items are custom and handmade, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery. If you have any special requests, just let me know during the order process, and I’ll do my best to make it happen! If you run into any issues with your order, please reach out. I’m here to help! Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I’m always happy to assist!

🔎 "I tried searching my tracking number in USPS tracking system and it doesn't work! Did it get lost in cyberspace?" 🚀

🌟 Etsy tracking numbers are exclusive to Etsy, so while I use USPS to ship, First Class Mail tracking numbers don't show up in USPS’s tracking tool. If this sounds confusing, don’t worry! Just follow these steps below to track your order directly in the Etsy mobile app: 1. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Purchases". 2. Next to your order, tap the "Track Package" button. This will open the tracking information for your order. 3. Alternatively, you can tap the item in Purchases to view your receipt. From there, the "Track Order" button will also display the same tracking details. I'm always here to help, so just send me a message if you still need help!

I don't know where to begin! These stickers are all so fun and cute and pretty! Def for the spooky and neurodivergent person! Really you can't go wrong with ANY of Lela's stickers! I did not need customer service but they reached out to thank me for my support in their business, a thank you card, AND even some extra stickers! This is how to have good customer service without needing there to be a problem! Will now and forever be one of my favorite shops and I will be showing off Lela's stickers every chance I get! Very cute and giftable! I like to keep my stickers and art prints as is and swap them in my clear kindle case, so I may change it as my mood changes. Great quality! Def will return for more!
