Our Products are handmade in our Atelier. We can make for any form of personalize products. Your own design is welcome as well. 14k and 18k gold is available for most of the items. Engraved or personalized items are non returnable or refundable.

Please contact us immediately If you think that your package was lost in transit. If your order marked as in transit and you have not receive your package, We will remake your order and ship it as soon as we can. If your order is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Our packages have require signature confirmation, please contact your postal service if they are holding the package.

I bought this delicate urn pendant for my daughter’s ashes so that I can carry her with me always. The seller answered my questions quickly and it arrived promptly. I ordered the 13mm size as I wanted something subtle and delicate but that would contain a ‘meaningful’ quantity of ashes and it is the perfect size for what I wanted. It was a bit difficult to insert the ashes, even though a funnel was provided, and I ended up using a homemade paper funnel and the blunt end of a needle to poke them down.
