I entered the wrong address. Can I have it fixed or replaced?

If the item hasn't been shipped out yet, just send me a message and I will be happy to get your address fixed! Once it has been sent out though, it is out of my hands. If the item is delivered to the wrong address and whoever receives it returns to me, I'll be happy to resend it to the correct address! Otherwise, it is out of my hands, as I have limited stock and can't send replacements for most of my items.

The mailing service lost my item. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, packages are occasionally lost in the mail, despite efforts to prevent these losses. If your package has not arrived more than a week past the expected date, reach out to me with a help request, and I will put in a missing package search request on your behalf. If it is not found within two weeks of the search request, I recommend opening a case with Etsy, as packages lost in transit will usually qualify for a full refund.

My item arrived damaged, what are my options?

If your item arrived damage, please send me clear photos of the damage within a week of receiving the item), and we can go from there. Sometimes, the perceived damage is easily fixable (ie protective plastic has not been removed from keychain so the surface appears to be scratched). If the item is damaged in an unfixable way upon arrival due to poor package handling during shipping, you may open a case with Etsy to get a refund.

I accidentally broke or damaged my item, what now?

If an item is damaged or broken under your care, so long as it arrived undamaged, a refund will not be provided.

Introducing... THE AMAZING DIGITAL ENAMEL PINS!!!

These items were designed by my partner! Each enamel pin is approximately 1.5 inches max length, with Gangle being slightly smaller than 1.5 inches, and Jax being slightly larger. All pins have a polished gold plating. A sizing chart is included in the listing photos to see how the pins are sized compared to one another.

Colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen due to the pin making process, where there are a limited number or enamel fill colors that can be used. We will work with our production partner to keep things as close as possible to what is shown!
