Additional production time may be needed if design proof approval is requested or when creating new design pattern or custom work for individual order. We work with local USA workrooms with locations worldwide which enable us to offer quality products and worldwide shipping. Our items are fully inspected prior to shipping. We ship to USA States and Territories, Canada and most Worldwide Global Countries via standard economy parcel post. Faster shipping is available to most areas. We are the original designers of all artwork themes and patterns we feature on our items shown in our shop or on items we make for you. Our items are not mass produced so they are exclusively unique to our shop and it would be extremely unlikely to come across another item like ours within your community or in your travels. We use a diligent eye for detail while creating fun themes that would be enjoyed by all ages. We use only high quality eco- friendly materials. Any characters we may use in our patterns and designs are licensed for use for small businesses.



Personalizing:
When adding a name or short phrase please make sure spelling is correct and font selected is the accurate choice you want on your Custom or Personalized items. The information you enter on the notes section of your order is the information we will use on your item.

Please note that color and images on your computer devices may not be reflective of actual size or actual color of our patterns or themes, due to individual screen displacement. If you have any concerns, please contact us for a mockup proof prior to manufacturing of this item.



Dye & Printing process:
Our themed patterns and artwork are NOT PRINTED nor Screen-printed nor are they a decal-- but actually the pattern/image is completely DYED into the fabric straight through on throughout the material for a truly authentic feel and look. Color will not transfer nor bleed onto other items either when cleaned, stored or worn.



The resulting finished item is stunningly more beautiful in person (photos do not do these bags justice) as they can pass as a primo designer bag. We use only the best water-based pigment inks and dyes used in the direct process. A wide variety of dye sublimation processes are used to re-create the pattern and design so that the resulting image is seen throughout the fabric from edge to edge, seam to seam for a full and uniform design. The item selected is then cut and sewn together to form the final product whether it be a Tote, Bag, Umbrella or Blanket or other Home and Fashion Accessory. It is truly a unique and expertly crafted, tailored item always made at time of order.



Care Instructions for Bags & Accessories:
Cleaning your item bag, umbrella, wallet, laptop bag, (be sure to remove all the items from bag). Mix warm water with mild laundry detergent or delicate soap and clean the bag with terry washcloth. Use a soft bristle brush if needed. Let the bag air dry on a hanger or clothing hook.



Care Instructions for Blankets, Quilts and Throws:
Wash separately in cold wash cycle or delicate wash cycle. Tumble dry at lowest heat setting dependent on your own dryer’s heat capacity. We recommend the lowest setting. OR Air dry lay on rack. Use low setting steam iron to iron out wrinkles.
