I unwrapped my purse for my engagement party. Only took picture with it. Was being extremely careful with it yet somehow it is COMPLETELY unraveling. I had to rush it to my nearest alterations person before the whole bag fell apart. I reached out to the shop on Instagram and they couldn’t even give a courtesy response that they were sorry. Completely left me on “seen”. Absolutely devastated over the bag and customer service since I made it known this was for my wedding. It was the first thing I bought after getting engaged and it was not cheap but apparently cheaply made. For the same price you can get a hand painted bag from Staud
