1. When will I receive my design mockup?

Your proof will be sent through Etsy Messages within 1–5 business days after we receive your order, complete personalization details and usable photo. Orders with missing information may require additional time.

2. When does production begin?

Production begins only after the design proof is approved. Please reply within 24 hours to help us keep the estimated schedule. Delayed approval or additional revisions may delay the ship date.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time is separate from proof and production time. Etsy will show an estimated delivery range based on the destination and selected shipping method. Carrier delays are outside our direct control.

4. How should I choose the right size?

Sizing varies by product and blank style. Please check the size chart shown in the individual listing before ordering. For apparel, compare the garment measurements with an item you already own. For baby bodysuits and pet bandanas, please follow the product-specific measuring instructions shown in the listing images. Contact us before ordering if you need sizing assistance.

5. Do baby bodysuits run true to size?

Baby clothing sizes can vary between brands. Please choose your size using the garment measurements in the listing rather than the baby’s age alone. If between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size.
