Description says “Download the PDF files instantly from your Etsy account”. That’s completely misleading and inaccurate. You’ll be required to download a PDF that then makes you click a link to Google Drive. Be careful what you click and download from this seller. Wouldnt have purchased if I knew it wasn’t direct download as the description says. Do not recommend purchasing this item or from the seller.

Response from Tash

Hi Brad, Thank you for your feedback. Following your review, I have updated the listing and thumbnails to make the download process even clearer for future customers. Due to Etsy’s file size limits, larger products are delivered via a PDF containing a link to the files stored securely on Google Drive. This allows me to provide customers with the complete collection while still offering easy access to their files. I always want customers to be happy with their purchase, so if something isn’t as expected, please reach out to me directly. I’m always more than happy to help, troubleshoot any issues or arrange a refund where appropriate. Thank you for helping me identify an area where I could make the process clearer. - Tash
