Customer Service? This is a joke, don't it? I am engineer so; when I read 4 mt by 7 mt I am expecting to see a plan of 4 by 7 mt, not a plan of 5 by 7 mt. I wanted to buy a land were this design fits perfectly... if it was 4 by 7 mt but not it is 5 by 7 mt and it doesn't fit. But this is a designer's work not an engineering design that's why they could say: it is more or less the same. Well my answer is: not, it is NOT, so be professional.
