🏠 I need to change my address. Can I update it after ordering?

🚫 Can I cancel or edit my order after payment?

Unfortunately, no. Because the production starts shortly after your order is placed, we cannot cancel or change it once submitted.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Because all items are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure about sizing or customization, feel free to message me first. If an error was made on our part, We’ll gladly replace or remake the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

📫 My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t get my package.

Yes! Many of our products can be customized or personalized. For personalized designs, we send a digital mockup for your approval before your order goes into production. This ensures that every detail is correct and you’re happy with your design before printing begins. Please send us a message before placing your order to confirm if a specific customization is possible.

⏰ Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

We cannot promise specific delivery dates since shipping times are managed by the carrier, postal and customs delays are beyond our control. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm whether it’s possible. Adding notes like “Needed by [date]” at checkout will not guarantee on-time delivery or qualify for a refund.

📭 What if my order gets returned to sender?

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost. You’ll receive a link to cover the new shipping fee — please confirm your correct address before completing that payment. If reshipping isn’t completed within 30 days, the unclaimed items will be considered forfeited or donated.
