This is an exceptional book. If you are looking for a fun but also very spiritual way to reframe the physical changes occurring in your body - this is an excellent choice. I purchased this because I am really working on trying to see the positives (are there any, really?!) to perimenopause and to focus my attention upward. This will be an excellent tool for me to refocus, reframe, and reconnect with my body, (vs feeling betrayed by it LOL!) excellent resource for the small price point. Love this.
