Custom and personalized orders

We can handle all custom orders. Product dimensions, the number and diameter of the tap wire, and patterns can be designed according to your specifications. To do this, you must provide us with complete information.

Easy Returns We’re happy to accept returns as long as items are unused, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging. Until your return reaches us, it stays under your responsibility—so please make sure it’s packed safely to avoid any damage during delivery. If a return package is lost on the way, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cover it. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If the return isn’t due to a mistake on our part, we’ll refund the product price only. Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping fees, duties, or any additional charges can’t be refunded.

An item can be exchanged up to two days after purchase. After this period, exchanges cannot be made.

You can cancel your order within 48 hours. We cannot cancel or change your order once it has been shipped. You can review our policies on this matter.

Fragile Items & Delivery

Since many of our products are fragile, we ship all orders with insurance and take full responsibility in case of any damage. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. When your order is delivered, please open the package in the presence of the courier and check for any damage. If the courier does not allow you to open the box, please make sure to open it within 2 hours of delivery. If you notice any damage, contact the shipping company on the same day to report it. And please let me know as well—I’ll do my best to assist you as quickly as possible.

Since all of our products are carefully handcrafted, the production process takes about 2–3 weeks. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped, and the delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days.
