Where do I find Frames

For art prints I recommend Target, Ikea, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Home Goods, West Elm and antique shops. For original art work i recommend custom framing through Michael's, Hobby Lobby, or Jerry Artarama

What happens if I received damaged art work?

If you receive damage original art work or art prints please contact me within 7 days of receiving the piece. A picture of the damage must be provided. For an Art print, an exchange may be made. For original art work the buyer will have to send it back so that I may fix the damage, timeframe on fixing the damage will be discussed based on how big the damage is to the painting. Exchanges may be made to prints within the time frame due to damage but cannot be refunded.

Can I change my shipping address?

You may change the shipping address within 12 hours of ordering. Please send an Etsy message with the new address to request the change. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address - any misdirected parcels due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be re-shipped once returned to sender, at the customer's expense.

Damaged or error in my order (not artwork)

All items that are not Art related can not be refund or exchange. all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

How long will my order take to ship?

Production of each item is between 5-7 business days (excluding weekends). During peak times (Christmas, Black Friday sales, etc) orders will likely take the full 7 business days due to the volume of orders.
