Are your products really handmade?

Yes, every item in our shop is genuinely handmade. From design to production, each piece is carefully crafted by me in my workshop. Made from solid brass, these products are not only functional but also aesthetically unique. They carry the subtle traces of craftsmanship and have their own character through thoughtful details.

Brass is a natural material, and over time, it may develop a light patina on the surface. This is a characteristic of brass and can be prevented with proper care. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes. Instead, you can gently clean your item with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, or use our specially formulated polishing cream available in our shop. After cleaning, be sure to dry it with a soft cloth to help maintain its shine.

How does the shipping process work? Do you ship internationally?

Once your order is confirmed, it enters the plating and packaging phase. Depending on the size and production details, the preparation process may vary. On average, items are shipped within 1-2 weeks. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Custom and personalized orders

Do you offer customization? Can I request different sizes or colors? Yes, most of our products can be customized in terms of color and size. Since each item is handmade in my workshop, I can accommodate special requests and create pieces tailored to your needs. Simply contact us before placing your order, and I’ll be happy to provide more information and guide you through the customization options.

Is it difficult to install the product? Does it come with mounting hardware?

Some of our items are shipped unassembled with all necessary mounting hardware included, while others arrive fully assembled. You can find these details in each product description. In both cases, installation is quite simple, and clear instructions are provided with the product.

Will I need to pay any extra fees when ordering from the US?

Starting from August 29, US customs may apply tariffs, duties, or taxes on all international shipments, regardless of order value. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and buyers are responsible for paying them upon delivery.
