What happens if my package arrives damaged?

I do my best to ensure that all decks are packaged with care and shipped expeditiously. That said, sometimes, things happen that are out of my control. If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, please let me know within two days and provide photos. I will not be able to remedy anything reported after two days or without photo proof.

Do you reuse packing materials?

Yes! I reuse packing materials and boxes as much as possible. I feel strongly about creating less trash and helping the environment.

Do you sell copies or reprints of original Tarot and Oracle decks?

Absolutely not! I do not carry nor condone sales of copied original decks and artwork.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

I do! I will do my best to accommodate any requests and work out an arrangement that works for you and me as the shop owner. Please be aware of the following 😊🙏... 🖤Opened decks cannot be returned; unopened decks can be returned within 14 days. Here are a few reasons for this: once the decks are opened, they can't be resold as new, and I want to respect the integrity and energy of the decks. When you purchase a deck, I want to ensure that it remains untouched. I run a very small operation and want to ensure I can stay in business to continue my mission of healing and helping others raise their consciousness. 🖤Handcrafted items cannot be returned. Due to the nature of these items returns are not accepted.

Are partial returns accepted?

Unfortunately, I no longer accept requests for partial refunds. If you decide you don't want the deck, I will issue a refund if it is unopened. It is your responsibility to pay to send it back in the same condition you received it.

If a return is accepted, how do I package the deck?

Please be sure to package the decks in a sturdy box or in the original box you received. Bubble mailers will not work! Often, when these decks are put in bubble mailers, the corners get damaged, and I can't resell them. Please use a sturdy box to prevent this.

Do you obtain permission from independent artists and publishers to sell their decks in your store?

All of the indie tarot and oracle decks I offer in my Etsy store are pre-approved by the deck's creator. Many independent artists and publishers have their own Etsy shops, and my goal is not to compete with them but to support and uplift the community as a whole. You will find links to the artists' social media profiles, websites, and more in the listings for each indie deck.

What is Water Moon Shop's policy on selling to printing or manufacturing businesses?

We do not sell independent artist tarot and oracle decks to printing companies, manufacturers, or reproduction businesses under any circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel any order we identify as coming from one of these sources. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification and a full refund.

Why does Water Moon Shop have this policy?

We carry decks made by independent artists who self-publish their work. These creators rely on direct sales to sustain their art and their livelihood. Counterfeits misrepresent the original work and cut directly into the income these artists depend on. This policy is our way of protecting them.
