I entered the incorrect address when placing my order and my order has already been shipped. What happens next?

If packages are returned due to incorrect address on the customer's form there will be a shipping fee to re-ship the item.

I need to update my address on my order that has not shipped yet. What happens next?

If address changes need to made on an order that has not shipped we will unfortunately have to cancel your order and ask that you reorder with the correct address. Please put your correct address on the customer registration form as changes cannot be made after they’ve been submitted.

I placed an order and would now like to cancel it.

Unfortunately, as stated in all our listings and shop policies we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

My order is showing it has been shipped, but the tracking information is not showing any updated tracking details.

We wanted to let our customers know that in these unprecedented times we have seen customers experiencing some delivery delays. USPS has been overwhelmed with packages this year due to COVID that we are also noticing tracking information is often updated sporadically or not at all, but packages are still arriving to their destinations. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of package showing delivered via USPS tracking details. We will not be able to make any replacements if package has been delivered for more than 24 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.
